Delighted to see that the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme has got it's own website again - nice tidy URL to remember!

CASP deliver great workshops on critical appraisal, and have created the invaluable checklists to help you when reading journal articles:

• Economic evaluations

The ethos of CASP is

1. Find the best available evidence to answer our question, in amongst the vast quantity of published research.
2. Appraise the evidence we find, to determine whether its findings are reliable.
3. Act on the findings in the light of our specific needs, values and preferences. 

This new site is particularly helpful for those taking part in the Twitter Journal Club (as mentioned previously)
