Do you have a MyNCBI account in PubMed?(MyNCIB lets you save searches, set up regular alerts for new articles on your area of interest, and saves collections of useful articles)
You might be interested to know that there are new features which allow you to make your Collections public, so you can share them with colleagues easily.
